specialists for the German certification protocol DGNB have confirmed their participation at the
first Green Building Expo and conference which will be held in Serbia. The plan is to organize
DGNB training courses and participation on the conference.

The World Green Building Council on the Serbian expo and conference
A representative of the World Green Building Council, Dominika Czerwinska has confirmed her
participation on the first Serbia Green Building Expo and Conference.
Dominika Czerwinska from the World Green Building Council is a Manager Membership and
Europe Network, and also a member of the Build Green Central Eastern Europe, the Green
Building Council of Bolivia, Jordan, and Poland.
The participation of Dominika Czerwinska on the first Serbia Green Building Expo is another
proof for the support and the collaboration that is well developed between these two
organisations.

Embassy of Sweden (Swedish Trade Council) will participate at SGBExpo
Sweden on the Green Building Expo in Belgrade
The Swedish trade council in Belgrade will take part on the international Green Building Expo and
Conference (Serbia Green uilding Expo), which is organized by the Serbian Green Building Council
and will be held from the 23rd to the 25th of February 2012 in Belexpo center.
Sweden will present on the Fair its economy, which is among the most advanced in the world by its
energy efficiency and sustainable approach to the use of materials and resources.
On the first Serbian Green Building Expo will be presented the best and most innovative technologies
from the world of energy efficiency, from the construction and envelope of the building,
technological systems, water use, to the greening the built environment.
Special emphasis will be put on an integrated design, analysis of energy performance, scientific
literature and media promotion of the principles of green building.

The regional green building Expo and Conference, which will be held from
the 23rd to the 25th February in Belekspo center in New Belgrade, got the
official support of the City of Belgrade, as it was announced by the
organizers on Thursday.
The City of Belgrade has a long term determination for further
development based on the principles of sustainability, and, in order to
bring a better life quality for its citizens, the City of Belgrade gives full
support to the international Green Building Expo and conference - says Mr.
Dragan Djilas, the Mayor of the city of Belgrade, in his letter of support.
The President of the Serbia Green Building Council, Ms. Marija Golubovic
said she was pleased because of the fact that the city of Belgrade has
recognized the efforts made in order to inform and educate professionals
in the field of green building that is "the future of the construction
industry." This support will be an additional incentive to make sure that
the event is organized at the highest level added Golubovic in the
statement.
On the Green Building Conference will participate, in addition to local
experts in the field, experts from the United States, Germany, France,
Italy and other countries.
